Trinity Lutheran School is under the supervision of the voters’ assembly of Trinity Lutheran Church. Trinity Lutheran Church elects members to serve on the Council of Ministry (CoM). The Council of Ministry has the responsibility to oversee all aspects of the school’s operation. The acting principal’s primary function is to implement all school policies set by the Council of Ministry and to oversee the day-to-day administration of the school. Trinity has a School Team composed of lay members of its congregation.  The School Team promotes the school, provides input and support to the acting principal and CoM, and serves as a communication channel of the school for parents and community members.

School office hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday) 

5K - 8th Grade: 8:25 AM - 3:35 PM

School doors open at 8:10 AM. All children are to go directly to their respective classrooms. All children arriving before 8:10 AM or staying after 3:45 PM for 5K - 8th Grade will be sent to the Extended Hours Program (EHP). If your child goes to the EHP before or after school, you incur an additional fee for the service.

This program provides adult supervision for all children arriving between 6:30 - 8:10 AM and/or staying after 3:45 PM (3:30 PM for 3K & 4K) on school days. The policies in this handbook apply to the EHP as well. There are additional charges for EHP usage. All children must be picked up no later than 5:30 PM. Additional fees will be applied if children are not picked up by 5:30 PM. Learn more about EHP here.

Trinity’s 3K & 4K program exists to provide an early learning experience for young children. The program includes developmentally appropriate hands-on activities that further the child’s spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development.
