Visitors
For the safety of students and staff, all exterior doors of the school building will be locked during the school day except when students are entering or exiting. Parents and other visitors are asked to come to the White Rock Avenue entrance (Door #8), ring the doorbell and state the purpose of their visit. A staff member will monitor admittance. All visitors to the school are required to report to the office upon arrival. Parents are asked to avoid consulting with teachers during class time. Items dropped off for students (lunches, instruments, books, etc.) should be delivered to the office. A staff member will deliver them to the student at an appropriate time. All visitors will sign-in the guest book at the office and wear a visitor badge. (Only Trinity employees are permitted key-fob entrances during school hours.)
Lunch Program
The school offers a lunch program for all students in 3K – Grade 8. Menus are online at the school website and your FACTS Family Portal. Ordering lunch and milk via your FACTS Family Portal is done monthly. MILK IS NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR HOT LUNCH. You must order milk separately. For the 2026 - 2027 school year, the following are the lunch prices:
$4.50 - Full Meal - Order Milk Separately
$2.50 - REDUCED Meal - Order Milk Separately (A family must apply for “Reduced” lunch costs annually.)

Payment for lunches is made via your FACTS Family Portal. Lunch is prepaid and the lunch costs are subtracted daily from your FACTS lunch account. Balances can be checked at any time online through FACTS. If at any time throughout the year the student reaches a negative balance of $20.00 or more they will be limited to a school supplied alternative meal until the negative balance is paid. Applications for reduced lunches are available in the office. Lunches brought from home are expected to be nutritionally balanced. Students are not allowed to consume caffeinated or carbonated beverages during school hours (including EHP). No refrigeration or microwaves are provided for students who bring lunches from home.

School Library
Children visit the school library on a regular basis and are allowed to check out books and periodicals. Charges incurred for library materials which are lost or damaged. These charges will be billed via FACTS, when applicable.
